Quality is an essential component in the provision of customer service and customer satisfaction.

In addition to external quality auditors, in-house staff help maintain our quality system by auditing to an internal auditing schedule.

Further Audits and Surveys are carried out on customer sites, in conjunction with the client, to develop the necessary quality programmes and procedures.

 

 

Our Guiding Principles

The Guiding Principles are derived from our Vision and form a binding corporate code of conduct. They have to be observed by all HOCHTIEF employees and guide our business relationships with our partners, clients and shareholders. The Guiding Principles are divided into the following four sections:
