With staff who have the expertise and accredited training to utilise our company's Thermal Imaging Equipment, we have extended our service in the field of thermographics.

Thermal Imaging Reports containing images taken with the Infra Red (IR) camera illustrate problem areas more easily than in written reports alone.

Infrared Thermography cameras produce images of invisible infrared or "heat" radiation and provide precise non-contact temperature measurement capabilities. Nearly everything gets hot before it fails, making infrared cameras extremely cost-effective valuable diagnostic tools in many diverse applications.

Examples of these applications include:

• Identifying hot spots (overloading) on electrical systems and distribution boards
• Identifying over-heating mechanical equipment such as motors, bearings, compressors
• Dilapidation surveys and reports on premises including costings for repairs and upgrades.
• Structural problems such as leaks in walls and roofs, poor insulation

IR has a well established base in Industrial applications and the move into the more commercial areas of business demands a more cost-effective and flexible approach which is what we aim to provide.

New applications for IR are constantly being found. This type of non-destructive method for testing and monitoring buildings, and all the attendant infrastructure that provides and upports services , can only assume increasing importance in the future.
