Manchester Wright Robinson Sports College

Wright Robinson College is a new school complex featuring state-of-the-art sports facilities. HOCHTIEF Facility Management in conjunction with HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions, a subsidiary of international construction services group HOCHTIEF, were awarded the contract to finance, build and operate a sports college in the east of Manchester on the basis of a public-private partnership (PPP) contract.

HOCHTIEF Facility Management began their 25 year contract to operate the 17,220 square metre secondary school sports college, which accommodates 1800 Pupils, in April 2007.
